The first journey of Ananda Multimedia School was started on 24th December 1999 at Jordpukurpar village of Gazipur district by the hands of Mr. Mustafa Jabbar Sir, Hon’ble Minister of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology of the present government. At present, there are 18 Ananda Multimedia schools in Bangladesh. Ananda Multimedia School is a unique model of educational institutions in Bangladesh.
In 2003, on the initiative of Mr. Golam Mostafa Bhuiyan and Mr. Mohammad Alauddin, Ananda Multimedia School in Gauripur Bazar started its journey as English Medium Govt. After 8 long years of meeting the needs of the locals, the teaching has changed in 2009 with the introduction of the National Curriculum English Version. Today the number of students in the English version of the national curriculum is about six hundred. Ananda Multimedia School Gauripur Bazar is one step ahead in meeting the needs of the locals.
